Nichya (Ничья in Russian Cyrillic; translates as "No one's") is a Russian pop/rock duo composed of singers/songwriters/producers Elena Kiper and Oleg Borschevsky. The band formed in 2001, and has released five singles and one album.

Kiper's first gig was as half of the writing and producing team for another Russian duo, t.A.T.u., along with producer and then-boyfriend Ivan Shapovalov. Kiper co-wrote two hits for t.A.T.u. with Shapovalov, "Я СОШЛА С УМА" (Ya Soshla S Uma) and "НАС НЕ ДОГОНЯТ" (Nas Ne Dagoniat).

In 2002, Kiper and Shapovalov broke off their relationship professionally after a disagreement over royalties from t.A.T.u.'s profits. The producers parted ways after a lawsuit which eventually ruled in Kiper's favor, and also ended their private relationship soon after.

While producing with Shapovalov, Kiper had written a song "Ya Ne Glotayu" for t.A.T.u., but was shelved for various reasons. After the split from Shapovalov, Kiper rerecorded the song with another singer/producer, Oleg Borschevsky. The song, now retitled "Ничья" (Nichya), would not only be the name of their joint venture, but the first single for the group under Sony BMG Russia. The song was semi popular in clubs, and gained the duo enough popularity and motivation to continue writing and recording.

On August 30th, 2004, the duo released their first full length album, НАВСЕГДА! (Navsegda!; trans. as Forever!). The album - comprised of 11 tracks and one bonus remix - produced 5 singles (including "Ничья"), but was the only album of the group to date. Another album, Pora, was scheduled for release in 2007, but was never completed. Several demos from the album have floated around online and through clubs, but were never finalized as singles. .
