David Styles (born November 28, 1974), better known as Styles P, is an American rapper. He was born to a Jamaican father and a South African mother. He is a member of Hip Hop group D-Block, which includes Jadakiss and Sheek Louch. He is known primarily for the hardcore lyrics and powerful messages in his music. Styles of Beyond is an alternative hip hop band from Los Angeles, California. Its roster consists of MCs Ryan Maginn (Ryu) and Takbir Bashir (Tak), Colton Fisher (DJ Cheapshot), and producer Vin Skully. He is a former member of the hardcore band Bad Side Of Social Existence, and is also known for his industrial project Energy Level Low. The Music can be categorized as psycho rap with a touch of a death- and black metal atmosphere.
