Born in Brașov (Romania) on October 13, 1954, Alexandru Andrieș studied at the "Ion Mincu" Institute of Architecture. He is a member of the Romanian Union of Architects, the Romanian Writers Society, and the Romanian Society of Song and Poetry Writers. His musical debut was in Club A, and at the "Jazz & Rock Festival" in Brașov, where he accompanied Basorelief, one of the Romanian progressive rock experiments. Artur Andrus (born Sanok, Poland, December 27, 1971) is a Polish journalist, poet, lyric-writer, singer, cabaret compere and cabaret performer. Since 1994 he has worked on Programme III (commonly known as "Trójka") of Polish public broadcaster, Polskie Radio - most notably as a host of „Powtórka z rozrywki” show (which roughly translates to Entartain me again). He acts as a compere in Warsaw's cabaret „Piwnica pod Harendą” and Łódź's „Przechowalnia” as well as on other cabaret meetings and shows.
