Los Machucambos is a group formed in Paris in August 1959 by Julia Cortes, Rafaêl Gayoso a Spaniard, and a Peruvian, Milton Zapata who was replaced by the end of the year 1960 by an Italian, Romano Zanotti. Catupecu Machu is an Argentine rock band. Its current band members are Fernando Ruíz Díaz in voices and guitar; Gabriel Ruíz Díaz in bass guitar, special effects, samplers, voices and production; Javier "Il Grosso" Herrlein in drums and accordion; and Macabre (Martín Gonzalez) in keyboards and samplers. On March 31, 2006 Gabriel Ruíz Díaz crashed his car against a tree. He suffered severe head trauma and loss of brain matter. He is now stable, but his future as a member of the band is still unknown. .

uMachuPichu were a two-piece band from Novi Sad, Serbia. They appear on D:S Vol. 2 (http://www.darkscenerecords.co.nr), a compilation by the Serbian based "Dark:Scene" Netlabel, they had no other official releases.
