Z Prochek was formed in Autumn of 2000 in Luleå, Sweden, when Martin Skånberg and Johan Otterheim met during their first year in college. They shared a big interest for alternative music and decided to start a band. They formed Z Prochek. In May of 2001, they recorded the demo "A Digital Autopsy," which immediately got the attention from record label Memento Materia. Cheka (real name David Lozada) is a reggaeton artist from Guayama, Puerto Rico. He was born in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, New York, where he lived 10 years until moving to Puerto Rico. In the island he started singing with the hopes of reaching the top. His first opportunity was with DJ Playero with whom he recorded two songs. Manuel Lopes Andrade, aka Tcheka, was born on the 20th July 1973 in the port of Ribeira Barca, Santa Catarina district, on Santiago, the most African island of the Cape Verde archipelago.
