Colfax Abbey | en

Tintern Abbey were a short lived act formed in the London Area in 1967, but the members claimed to be from far flung places such as Vienna and North Africa. The band comprised: David McTavish on vocals and rhythm guitar, Don Smith on lead guitar (later replaced by Paul Brett), Stuart MacKay on bass and drummer John Dalton. David McTavish later worked with the Birmingham band Big Bertha , The song Vacuum Cleaner appeared as the b-side to their only Deram release, "Beeside" . They know successful business starts at the source; bands need to make music worth paying for again. Better proof, however, lies in the massive debut album Keys to the Midway; an aural assault of the band’s patented brand of aggressive melodic rock that finds Cody Humble (vocalist) Brock Tinsley (guitars) Aaron Hopkins (bass) and Joel Hopkins (drums) knitting big top-sized choruses...
