Los Amigos Invisibles are a Latin dance band from Venezuela that plays a blend of disco and acid jazz. In 1995 they released their debut album, A Typical and Autoctonal Venezuelan Dance Band, which was a moderate success in Venezuela. The band was comprised of Julio Briceño a.k.a. "Chulius" (vocals, percussion, songwriting), José Luis Pardo a.k.a. "Cheo" or "DJ Afro" (guitar, songwriting), Armando Figueredo a.k.a. "Odnam" (keyboards, songwriting), Mauricio Arcas a.k.a "Maurimix" (congas, percussion, songwriting), José Rafael Torres a.k.a "Catire" (bass), and Juan Manuel Roura a.k.a. Estrella Morente is a Spanish flamenco singer. Her father, Enrique Morente, is one of the greatest innovators of the 'cante', and they have collaborated on many projects. Her mother, Aurora, a dancer known as La Pelota, stems from a vast Madrid flamenco dynasty, together with her uncle Antonio Carbonell and her grandfather the guitarist Montoyita to whom she dedicated her 2001 album Mi cante y un poema.
Morente has given solo recitals in all the major Spanish cities, has worked with the Joaquín Cortés troupe, and was featured in the soundtracks for the films Sobreviviré and Buñuel y La mesa...
Nasceu no bairro de Santa Teresa, filho de italianos da Calábria. Dos seis homens (eram onze irmãos), cinco dedicaram-se ao canto e um ao teatro (Amadeu Celestino[1]). Desde os 8 anos, por causa de sua origem humilde, Celestino teve de trabalhar: sapateiro, vendedor de peixe, jornaleiro e, já rapaz, chefe de seção numa indústria de calçados.
