Fabio Concato (Milano, 31 maggio 1953) è un cantautore italiano. Il suo vero cognome è Pittaluga. Figlio di una giornalista e poetessa e di un chitarrista e autore jazz, Fabio muove i primi passi nel mondo della musica nel 1974, quando insieme agli amici Bruno Graceffa e Giorgio Porcaro forma il gruppo cabarettistico "I Mormoranti", in cui Fabio scrive testi e musiche e prende a esibirsi nel celebre locale Derby di Milano. È scoperto da Walter Guertler, che lo mette sotto contratto per la Harmony, etichetta del gruppo S.A.A.R., per cui incide nel 1977 con l'album Storie di sempre che...
