Ghost Trucker was an electro/pop group based in Amsterdam, The Netherland, established and fronted by songwriter and musician Roald Van Oosten, previously the frontman of Amsterdam indie rockband Caesar (1994-2008). Under the Ghost Trucker moniker, Van Oosten has worked with numerous musicians, including band members of Dutch indie groups such as Seesaw, Alamo Race Track and Kopna Kopna. The first Ghost Trucker studio album, The Grand Mystique, was released by esteemed Dutch indie label Excelsior Recordings in 2006. More albums were expected, but never materialized. .
