Serj Tankian (born August 21, 1967 in Beirut, Lebanon) is an Armenian-American singer. He started as a singer in the alternative metal band System of A Down and after they went on hiatus he continued his career as a solo artist and producer. He is known for his gritty yet wide vocal range. His solo output mixes various styles and genres, including metal, rock and Armenian musical motifs. Loga Ramin Torkian is a musician who has worked with the groups Axiom of Choice and Niyaz. Both groups incorporate Persian and Middle Eastern themes into their music. Born in Iran but raised in India, Torkian composes music and plays several instruments, including the tar, the Turkish saz, and the guitarviol, an electric guitar-like instrument that uses a bow and is adapted from a 14th century instrument. Keen K is a Berlin based electro/italo producer. He started making music in the early 80ies in collaboration with Kinky Roland (London, More Protein/HOS/Producer of Boy George). First 12inch release on Jamboo-Records/EMI with Kinky, the project called "Bang the Quake" in 1989.
