Stein Torleif Bjella (born in 1968) is a songwriter and musician from Øvre-Ål, Norway. His debut, Heidersmenn, was released in 2009 and produced by Kjartan Kristiansen, known from DumDum Boys. Geir Sundstøl and Lars Haavard Haugen were some of the artists who contributed on the album. For the debut, Bjella picked up two nominations for Spellemannsprisen 2009 (the norwegian Grammy) in the categories Best Folk and Best Lyricist. Thorleifs was a Swedish dansband formed in 1962 in Norrhult, Kronoberg County, Sweden and led by Thorleif Torstensson. The band that sings in Swedish and many other languages, also released albums in German. It also took part in Melodifestivalen 2009 with the song "Sweet Kissin' in the Moonlight" but did not proceed into the finals. Leif Ove Andsnes (born April 7, 1970 in Stavanger) is a Norwegian pianist. He studied with Jiri Hlinka at the Grieg Academy of Music in Bergen. He is a constant champion of the music of Edvard Grieg. Andsnes is one of the most respected classical pianists in the world today, being nominated for the prestigious Grammy Awards four times (as of December 2004). He has won numerous awards, including the Hindemith-Prize (1987), Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik (1997), Royal Philharmonic Society Award, (2000), and the Gramophone Awards – Instrumental Award, (2002, for Grieg's Lyric Pieces).
