Musiqq is a Latvian hip-hop / pop / r'n'b project from Liepāja, Latvia formed in 2009. Duo consists of Emīls Balceris and Marats Ogļezņevs who is previously known as song-writer and singer in hip-hop act Device. Musiqq is related with Platforma Music label. On this moment they have recorded and released three radio singles. All tracks are included in programs of local radio stations. Musiq Soulchild (born Taalib Johnson on September 16, 1977 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), is an American, neo soul and R&B artist, and was one of the most popular artists on the Def Jam/Def Soul label. Musique Noise belongs to the string of French groups that found their main inspiration in Magma's music, but it sounds very different than most of them. Most of the "zeuhl" groups (the progressive rock style derived from Magma's legacy) focused on further developing Christian Vander's martial rhythms and dark rituals.
