Mods er en tidlegere norsk musikkgruppe. De var kjent for å synge på stavangersk og hadde en rekke hits fra 1981 til 1984. Medlemmene i Mods var fra starten Morten Abel Knutsen (vokal), Helge Hummervoll (keyboard), Kurt Olsen (gitar), Torkild Viig (bass), Rune Bjålid (gitar), og Leif A.B. Nilsen (trommer). Bakgrunn Tidlig på 1980-tallet søkte gruppa Catrix fra Stavanger etter en vokalist. Morten Abel Knutsen prøvde seg, selv om de egentlig lette etter en kvinne. They were formed in the summer of 2006 and since then, they have played hundreds of live shows, including openings for Brant Bjork, Colour Haze, Karma to Burn, My Sleeping Karma, Radio Moscow and many others.
