Model Engine is a post-grunge alternative rock trio featuring Jeremy Post (guitar, vocals), Brad McCarter (bass, vocals) and Erik Herzog (drums, percussion). Post and McCarter had previously played with Black Eyed Sceva, but once that group disbanded in 1996 they continued with Herzog in Model Engine the following year.
