Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas are a funky hip-hop/rock music duo formed by Dante Spinetta and Emmanuel Horvilleur from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dante Spinetta comes from a musical family, his father being the legendary Argentinean rock musician Luis Alberto Spinetta. The group was formed in 1991. Later, in 2001 Dante and Emmanuel split to pursue solo careers. The band has recently announced they were coming back for a couple of shows 2011, and there are rumours that a new album is also coming up. .

The Teriyaki Boyz are a hip hop group from Tokyo, Japan signed to The Neptunes Star Trak Entertainment. The five members are Ilmari, Ryo-Z, Verbal, Wise and Nigo, the owner of the A Bathing Ape clothing company. They have released two albums so far, 2005's Beef or Chicken? and 2009's Serious Japanese. They frequently work with American artists such as Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Big Sean and Chris Brown and are probably most commonly known for their song Tokyo Drift (Fast & Furious) which was the theme song for the movie The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. .

Kuryakin is a Swedish band from Stockholm/Uppsala. The band is comprised of Petter Gjöres (vocals, guitar, computers), Johan Norberg (guitar, computers) and Kristina Dahlman (background vocals, computers). The music is put together by Petter and Johan - they mail samples and ideas to each other, and then play together a few times a month. Originally Jonas Berggren from Ace of Base wished to produce and write material for a solo female artist project. But when he met Marie Knutsen and Linda Schönberg the solo artist project became a duo. Yaki-Da was founded in february 1994. Yaki-Da ("cheers" in Welsh) recorded various singles and the album "Pride" at John Ballard's Tuff Studio. The first single "Show me love" was first only released in scandinavia and was a hit.
