Feodor Chistyakov is a popular Russian musician. He started his career in 1987 as the leader of the alternative rock band Ноль. An original sound of bayan (a Russian variety of accordion) along with Feodor’s strong and distinctive vocals attracted vast numbers of listeners and critical favor. Bayan, harp & blues: in the year 2000 there was a project named Bayan, Harp & Blues produced in co-operation with Moscow musicians Иван Жук (guitars) and Владимир Кожекин (harp). Boris Ivanovich Tishchenko (Russian: Бори́с Ива́нович Ти́щенко; born March 23, 1939, Leningrad – December 9, 2010) was a Russian and Soviet composer and pianist. Tishchenko studied at the Leningrad Musical College from 1954 to 1957. There he learnt composition under Galina Ustvolskaya and piano under Mikhelis. Yevgeny Fyodorovich Svetlanov (Russian: Евгéний Фёдорович Светлáнов; 6 September 1928—3 May 2002), HSL, PAU, was a Russian conductor, composer and a pianist. Svetlanov was born in Moscow and studied conducting at the Moscow Conservatory. From 1955 he conducted at the Bolshoi Theatre, being appointed principal conductor there in 1962.
