Ha'biluim is a theatrical rock group formed in 1996 by Noam Inbar (Vocals & Bass) and Yami Wisler (Electric Guitar) as a reaction to the deep sense of boredom they experienced listening to contemporary Israeli popular music. The Habiluim's songs are grotesque accounts of their lives as citizens of a collapsing country filled with corruption, militarism and racism. ישי לוי {Ishay Levi, or Yishai Levi} (b. 1963) is an Israeli performer of Mizrahi music. Levi was born on the 20th January 1963 in Rosh HaAyin, Israel, into a family of Yemenite Jews. He began singing in clubs in Israel in 1983, when singers like Zohar Argov and Haim Moshe were at the peak of their careers. Here he was discovered by the guitarist Moses Ben-Mosh.
