Somali Yacht Club is a psychedelic stoner rock trio from Lviv, Ukraine. The band mixes elements of stoner rock, psychedelic rock, shoegazing and post-metal in their music. In August 2011 released their first four-song EP "Sandsongs". Yachts were a Liverpool, England, UK power pop band. The band was formed in 1976 in Liverpool Art College, the members where all members of the same art college as Deaf School two years before them. The Yacht Club is an Indie Rock band from London UK with roots in Math-Rock and Emo music. The project started as Vocalist Marcus Gooda's solo effort and released one Ep titled "A" in March 2013. Marcus recorded all instruments and vocals himself, apart from drums provided by Alexander Esp. The project evolved into a band format, and recruited Dale Robinson and Giles Pratt on guitar and bass respectively. Drop City Yacht Club is a hip hop music group signed to A&M/Octone Records. Their first release is a single entitled "Crickets" featuring Jeremih. The members of Drop City Yacht Club include A-Wolf (Anthony Cozzo), Kristo, and THX. They were originally called The Freshmen, but adopted their new moniker in early 2013. The video for "Crickets" featured American comedian Ryan Stout as the announcer. "Crickets" was offered as iTunes free download of the week on 26 March 2013.
