BFG (BΒ·FΒ·G) Were formed in Manchester England early 1980's and first concert was supporting New Order. The first release was Paris/Amelia in 1986. they have recently appeared in the "Greatest Gothic Tracks Of All Time" with their track "Higher Than Heaven" A new album " Pulling Wings From Butterflies" is due for release 2010. In 1988 BFG played to 15,000 at the Loreley stadium. BFG have had Three albums, Fathoms, Blue and Compilation 86/89.

BFG is also a DJ from upstate New York whose funky, eclectic approach to beats and blends led to 2007's seamless "Medium Pimpin" mixtape, a full-length mashup of old-school and contemporary dance music. Trained at NYC's Scratch Academy, BFG learned to mix in order to perfect the mixtapes he obsessively made for friends and family. He currently spins in the Albany area and records at Guano Cellar Studios in Schenectady, still trying to perfect the art of the mixtape.


BFG is also a Jazz trio made by Emmanuel Bex, Glenn Ferris and Simon Goubert. Their album "Here & Now" has won the prize of "Victoires du Jazz" in the category of best instrumental album
