C-Systems started as a group between Akki and Staro. However, over time, Staro unfortunately had other commitments and needed time away. After working alone for almost a year, Akki began writing with Matt Allen In November of 2011. They were both signed to Unearthed Records and were asked to work on a project. They quickly realized that their skills complemented each other. After writing together for over 6 months with incredible energy and fresh creativity, they decided to reinvent themselves as C-systems. Staro will be producing with us from time to time
Matt (Bushi) is a classically trained composer and teacher. Although he began piano lessons when young, he quickly realized that playing other people's music wasn't for him. Over a few years, Matt began to experiment with basic music technology. He realized that combining his instrumental skills with studio tech was the way to go. Matt pursued a solo career in the dance music industry for 3 years under the alias of 'Bushi' before collaborating with Akki. Matt has had successful releases from a multitude of labels and extensive DJ support between 2009 and 2011.
Akki started playing the guitars at the age of 10. In 1989, he started producing music on the Amiga 500, using Pro-tracker to make hip hop tracks with friends. It wasnβt until 2002 that he started producing on Cubase. In 2005 he and Christian Zechner released a song on the radio which became very popular, claiming the number 1 spot on charts for some time.
Matt and Akki have only released several tracks to date, with both of all releases receiving fantastic DJ support. Tracks have been featured on the popular radio show, "A State of Trance" and their track "Ari" was included on Enhanced Record's "Digitally Enhanced" CD series. They are constantly writing new material and have remix projects in the pipeline. .
