Dj lunatic(Cinema Promo) Kiev,UA/Sofia,BG Born on 11.26.1982 in Kiev,Ukraine Music: hard, pumping, groovy techno with energetic beats combined with dark, funky and melodic percussions. Mixing: Fast and aggressive always filled with a lot of energy to the people. My all time techno superstars through out the years: Jeff Mills, Juan Atkins, Chris Liebing, Oliver Ho, Space Djs, Alexander Kowalski, Christian Varela, Dj Balthazar, Dj Rush, Umek. Personal info: Dj Lunatic which real name is Vlad Sverdlov got obsessed with techno music after he heard Jeff Mills playing at the gig in Sofia. Since that he haven’t missed one rave with superstar djs. After 2 years of clubbing he understood that all he wants is to be behind the turntables. He started buying a lot of records and getting deeper into the world of electronic music sounds and in the year 2000 got invited for residency along with dj balthazar to Club Blade in Sofia,Bulgaria.After 1 year residency in Blade he was invited to play at the biggest Bulgarian gig at that time with over 20,000 people dancing to the techno beat promoted by metropolis agency. Later on he organizes a very successful tour with dj balthazar called “love blaster” and visits every part of the Bulgaria the headliner on the tour was Christian Fischer and Andreas Kramer who was so excited about the Bulgarian tour that he released a record called “Bulgarian Love Nights ”The final location of the tour was a little city in Bulgaria called “Tryavna” which is located very far in the Balkan mountains and even then more than 10,000 people showed up to show respect to this outrageous techno event. Since that he have played in all the respected festivals and techno clubs through out Bulgaria, Ukraine and Europe including Citadela(brno) Pohoda open air Festival (Slovakia),Street Parade (Sofia,Bulgaria)Kiev Techno Festival (Kiev,Ukraine)Electronic Festival To4ka 2006(Lyvov,Ukraine),Kashmir (Budapest,Hungary).In 2003 he moves back to Ukraine and after a series of very good party’s he decides to stay in Ukraine and expand the techno culture.He is right now the leading and most wanted hard techno dj in Ukraine continuing to travel around the whole country and world playing very energetic and pumping sets. In 2007 lunatic is a resident of well known "cinema club" playing at the big gigs there and promoting an events under "Cinema Promo" name everyone knows if lunatic is involved than the party must be good!The main goal at the moment is his booking agency "Cinema Promo Bookings"which is formed together with Cinema Club representing leading techno stars in Ukraine and Russia and continuing to grow bigger. Right now there already more than 60 djs around the globe connected with the booking and helping to gain more people into the project! Since 2008 Lunatic makes hard techno thursdays in Cinema Club which attracts more than 600 people to the club! It has aready proofed to be super succesful and thursdays will continue with massive lineups for the techno kids! Dj Lunatic is also concentrating on producing his own music experimenting with the sound so really soon expect the slamming release from him that will be released on leading hard techno label!
