I'm an improviser. I started to perform my solo with the name of Madame P. In the past I was a co-founder and member of the seminal all-female band Allun. I was founder of Rosas Y Tulipanes duo. In 2004 I started collaborating with Luca Sigurta' in the highly experimental project Macaya, and with Tommaso Rolando and Marco Ravera - guitarist and doublebass player of the acclaimed jazz/fusion band Calomito - in the impro/jazzy ensemble called Toba.

My live sets are focused on the wide range of my vocal techniques: I experiment with my voice sampling it in real time and feeding the result through various effect units. I also use contact microphones, diktaphone, mandolin, keyboard, bass and other minimal electronic devices. I never used a laptop and I don't own a computer at all.

I am an indipendent musician and I am trying to earn a living from the music I make, even if it is very hard. I also book shows for myself, sometimes with a little help from my friends, I also organize shows for my musicians friends. This is very important for me!!! SUPPORT MUSIC DON'T RESTRAIN IT!!! In May 2007 I gave life to a new duo called Camusi along with the great italian drummer and musician Stefano Giust; he also run a label called Setola di Maiale. Our first self-titled album was released in april 2007, it was recorded at "Lab12", my old house/artspace in Italy. Soon will be out split recording with the US band Moondrig from Portland.

During Spring 2007, I composed with keyboard and eletronics a soundtrack for the old silent movie "Madame DuBarry", of Ernst Lubitch (1919), it was premiered live last May in Milan, Italy.

During summer 2007 a man came to my show and told me about Epirotica music, this very special music comes from Albania, which is the country of my family origin, this man also told me that in my music you can feel very much Epirotica. Epirotica speak about pain and suffering.

In September 2007 I recorded a new album, this work is a dedication to LAB 12 (2003-2007) and it's called "Il Colombre", published by Setola di Maiale. This title is taken from a short story by Dino Buzzati.

During the spring 2008, 19th of may, i'm been involved in a great orchestra called Bologna Improvisers Orchestra, musicians are basically from Bologna, except some that are living close to this wonderful city!!
We are in 13 members, we play electric and acoustic , is depending where we play.

A new trio give life to Gravida, an improvising crazy noise female band! It is me on volcal and eletronics and hopefully back with bass, Maryclare Brzytwa (USA) flute, piano, eletronics, laptop, and IOIOI guitar voice and eletronics! We had just recorded our first album, that will come out soon on Incisioni Rupestri!!!

I've been touring through U.S.A, U.K, Scotland, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenja, Belgium.
