There are two artist with this name:

1) Mögel was a swedish all-female punk band from Farsta, formed in 1978. They released an MP in 1980 and contributed some tracks to the cassette "Mun Mot Mun Metoden" in 1982. In '82 the singer Ulrika Malmgren left the band, but the rest continued as a trio until they split ip in 1983.
In 2009-2010 they reuinted for some live shows and released a discography CD. The drummer Marie Wrengler died in 2011.

2) Mögel is a swedish punk band from Borås.
Formed at Tullens fritidsgård in 1985 by Tomas, Tony, Micke and Niklas. Did their first real recording in 1988 at Studio Bunkern which resulted in the demo ”Desperata liv Desperata skrik”. Appear on their first record in 1990, which is the compilation "Wild, raw and beautiful" released by Arda rec. In 1991 they release a split with the thrash-band SLR which later become Guineapigs. This year they also start to sing more in english and gets for a moment more into surfpunk.

Their first own record comes in 1992 it's called ”It isn’t a dream”. Releases some more records on Arda rec. then they change label to Kamel rec. in 93 due to some problems with the firstnamed. In 94 a new punk wave have started in Sweden and Mögel releases "Up Yours" with Bullen as a new vocalist. It is appointed to the ugliest record sleeve that year! They are doing a chaotic tour thru centraleurope in 1995. In 1997 Micke has a sideproject with his brothers called Mind Your Head.

Mögel is put on ice for a while but reunites in 2004. They are now singing in swedish again. The band have decided to don't care about any labels anymore but to instead release their latest album by themselves for free download on internet. .
