2) The Fade is an acoustic solo project based out of Glen Ellyn, IL (also known as the most boring place on earth). Sam Bengtson (who is behind The Fade) is a self taught guitarist and singer, along with other various instruments. If you live around Glen Ellyn, go try and find him on the weekends. Street-side shows are very common for The Fade.
3) A four piece from Tucson, AZ. A perfect cocktail of new friends, old friends, road worn cynicism, and wide-eyed optimism. Consisting of front man, Phillip Holman, formerly of The American Black Lung (Uprising Records) and rounded out by Stephen Zorilla, Michael Roberts and Victor Chan on guitar, bass and drums the 4 piece looks to bring a breath of fresh air to the now stagnant music scene. The Fade has opted to focus on what makes rock and roll beautiful in the first place. Big guitars, heartfelt vocals, honest lyrics, and most importantly, a collective sense of belonging and acceptance.
