The three guys that formed The Tightropes in 2011 share a profound love for legendary guitarists as Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Scott McKeon. So itβs no wonder the influence of these legends can be heard in their rock songs spiced up with lots of blues and funk. After winning several band competitions in the north of the Netherlands, they premiered their first single Babies in august. These guys know how to mix their driving drums, pounding bass, whining guitars and distinctive vocals into a unique sound thatβs nostalgic and modern at the same time.
