Ximena Abarca (born María Ximena Abarca Tapia, Santiago de Chile, September 24, 1981) is a chilean pop, latin and R&B singer, and also is an actress, having appeared in some Chilean made-for-TV operas.

In 2003, Ximena Abarca appeared in the Chilean's TV talent contest "Protagonistas de la Música". Over a period of weeks she won, lost and won again, eventually becoming a public favourite. As the winner of the contest, Ximena Abarca signed contract with Warner Music for a recording. She was also invited to the International Festival of the Song of Viña del Mar.

"Punto De Partida" (released in 2004), her debut CD, had a moderate success. This CD featured three tracks that achieved substantial rotation on radio. "Amor Violento" (Violent Love) rose to 50th position of Chile's top 100 songs of 2004 and first place among music videos.

In 2005, Ximena Abarca joined the Chilean's TV program "Mekano", to sing. In March, 2005 she led the Chilean opera production "EsCool", receiving good reviews. She also took minor roles in the productions "MiTú" and "Porky Te Amo".

Her second production, "PROVOCACION" (Provocation), includes some Mónica Naranjo and Chenoa's covers. Her first single, "Profano o Sagrado" (Profane or Sacred) reached number 2 during the first week of July, 2006. .
