His name is James, a Londoner now living in Guildford in Surrey, a web producer by day and ambienteer by night.
He uses Reaktor 5 with Ableton Live 8 & Max For Live to make his sound, with a couple of FabFilter plug-ins & some other free VSTs.
James also uses Reason 3, a handful of free VSTi plug-ins also, but Reaktor 5 and the immense user library is where all of the main ideas are born and developed.
Everything is being run on a laptop running XP, P7300, 2Gb RAM, 7200prm drive and with the latency down to about 17ms with the internal sound card and basic USB/Midi cable.
An old Novation K-Station is his trusty input device, though something smaller is being saved up for!

This is not a commercial project. If you are a filmaker, installation/performance artist etc in need of an unusual sonic backdrop, feel free to experiment with this stuff. All that is asked is that you give full credits if you go on to use anything.
