A man of a thousand voices, Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川光, Midorikawa Hikaru), born on May 2, 1968, is a male Japanese seiyū from Otawara, Tochigi who is represented by Aoni Production.
Hikaru Midorikawa is one of the well-known and prolific seiyuu in the business having more than 200 anime and more than 70 game roles under his belt.
Strong willed seiyuu mostly known for his distinctly cold voice, best suited for bishounen characters, which often lands him roles like Lancer (Fate/Zero), Eiichi Ootori (Uta no prince sama), Rukawa Kaede (Slam Dunk), Ayato Sakamaki (Diabolik Lovers), Edgar Ashenbert (Hakushaku to Yousei) between many others.

Aside from his seiyuu activities, he is also a J-Pop artist and has been a part of seiyuu-formed bands such as Zero Phoenix and was part of super seiyuu unit E.M.U in the late 90's until early 00's with fellow seiyuu Ryoutarou Okiayu (置鮎龍太郎), Hideo Ishikawa (石川英郎), Nobutoshi Canna (神奈延年)and Daisuke Sakaguchi (阪口大助).

He also manages his blog and plays video games. He's a big fan of Super Robot Wars, having a blog entry on the SRW site and happily does extra lines for his characters for free usually becoming a beta tester for the games. He also has a habit to turn the characters he voices into one man armies namely Heero and Masaki in SRW and Xingke in Code Geass.

He is most known for the roles of Softon in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Tamahome in Fushigi Yugi, Seiran Shi in Saiunkoku Monogatari, Heero Yuy in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Kaede Rukawa in Slam Dunk, Zelgadis Greywords in Slayers and Ryuho in s-CRY-ed, and now in Fate/Unlimited Codes as Zero Lancer.
