Nový Svět was a musical group formed in 1997 in Vienna, Austria that, while related with the apocalyptic folk scene, created an avant-garde melange of industrial, minimal electronic, krautrock, free jazz and noise. The lyrics, sung by Jürgen Weber, are mostly in Spanish or Italian, but also in English, Pseudo-Esperanto and German.
