Syntheme is Louise Helena Wood. She has 3 EP’s on Planet µ Records (Vol.1, Vol.2 & Vol.3), and Lov3 from WeMe. There are other tracks available on her myspace page. Her new album "Lasers’n’shit" is out now on Planet Mu. Her works make heavy usage of sophisticated acid and bass lines upon solid drum sequences, ambient soft synth layers, and occasionally various heavily-edited audio samples. Pantychrist formed in 2003 after the chance encounter of four women in a ladies washroom. Upon discovering they all had similar musical aspirations the duo of guitarist Izabelle Steele and vocalist Danyell DeVille joined bassist Amy Hell and drummer Patty Rotten in forming an all female hardcore punk group. A couple of different names were considered before deciding to call the outfit Pantychrist.
