Expulsados se forma en el año 1993 cuando cuatro amigos de la zona sur de Buenos Aires deciden juntarse para tocar temas de sus bandas favoritas. La formación inicial es Sebastián en voz, Miguel en guitarra, Juan en bajo y Guillermo en batería.
