The Khayembii Communiqué was an underground hardcore band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Although a trio, they manage to be more eminent than other hardcore bands. An ordinary song consists of the singer-guitarist, Mark Shaw screaming his emotions out while strumming furiously at his guitar and singer-bass player Brian Wilcox, mutualizing the concept of the song with poppy bass lines and calm singing. Khaya are a Scottish group formed in Edinburgh. They formed in 1996 and split up, apparently 'on stage', some time after the release of their final 2001 album, The Lost Feeling.
