The Munchies are a trio from Finland playing a gloomy kind of alternative surf-rock, named by themselves as "funeral surf". Their debut-album "Funeral Surf" was released in the fall of 2006 under Sideffect Records. Album was followed by an ep "Allowance" in 2007.
