Polish blues and folk singer, guitarist and composer. Born February 24, 1955 in Kraków. Jakubowicz debuted in 1983 with "Maquillage" longplay. After that she released nine more albums: "Martyna Jakubowicz Live" (1985), "Bardzo grozna ksiezniczka i ja" (1986), "Wschodnia wioska" (1987), "Koncert live Jarocin" (1989), "Patchwork" (1991), "Total" (1992), "Kolysz mnie" (1992), "Dziewczyna z pozytywka Edwarda" (1995), "Skorka pomaranczy" (1998). Jakub Šimon Jan Ryba (October 26, 1765 – April 8, 1815) was a Czech teacher and composer of classical music. His most famous work is Czech Christmas Mass "Hey, Master!" (Česká mše vánoční "Hej mistře!"). Ryba was born in Přeštice near Plzeň. His father was a schoolteacher, which was a very poorly paid occupation at the time.
