Cotisuelto Smrz is the singer and co-songwriter of the German alternative rock band destophobia, both hailing from Mosbach, Germany. Because he had written songs which he couldn't possibly perform with destophobia, he founded his electro-alternative The William 2R Project in 2005, and recorded Inside Out Part I: Out, the first part of the "inside out" record series. The record consists of several electronic pop songs like The Love Song.
