- MindsEye (or Mindseye) is a record producer and musician from the Netherlands, now based on the north island of New Zealand. He has been slowly gaining attention in the underground scene, creating sample-heavy hip-hop, electronica and downtempo-influenced instrumentals. His unofficial remixes of tracks by bands such as Placebo, College, Antony & the Johnsons, Editors, The Doors and Portishead have been well-received by listeners all over the globe. Inspiration comes from artists such as Jamie XX, Bonobo, Four Tet and DJ Shadow.
