Sieneke (born Sieneke Peeters, Nijmegen, 1 April 1992) is a young singer whose talent has been discovered by Marianne Weber. On 7 February, 2010, Sieneke won the Dutch Nationaal Songfestival and the right to represent the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, Norway. She sang the song Ik ben verliefd (sha-la-lie) written by Pierre Kartner aka Vader Abraham. Sieneke released an album with six covers of songs from the 80's, called It's my dream, in 2007. Sieneke released a self-titled album in 2010 which contains her Eurovision entry Ik Ben Verliefd, Shalalie. .

Forming in the fall of 2010, they started to gain recognition with their debut EP Alone, promoting their own brand of passionate modern hardcore, with strong and ambient melodic guitar riffs.
