Cappella Romana is a U.S.-based vocal ensemble specialising in early Christian liturgical music, with emphasis on Byzantine chants and hymns. The ensemble is based in Portland, Oregon. .

After ten years of classical percussion and following a PR job with a music label, Emmanuel Santarromana finally got into the clubbing scene as additional percussionnist for DJ Mandrax, Charles Schillings, Laurent Garnier... in the most important European clubs such as the Mad (Lausanne), Plastic People (London), the Queen and the Rex Club (Paris). In 1998, he started DJing, and hasn't stop spinning since, except for a stint managing his own restaurant Le Royal Mondétour, a stylish Parisian meeting place for the world of fashion and music. Panx Romana is a punk rock band from Athens, Greece. The band formed in 1982. The band split up in 2000 and the original members came together again in 2007.
