Trio Tetris was formed in 1999 in Tapanila, a suburb of Helsinki, Finland. Its members, Pelle Huuhtanen (keyboards), Joonas Kuittinen(bass & keyboards) and Toni Tarvainen (drums), have all played in various Finnish heavy metal bands and decided to try something new on the side. Starting off as just a side-project, Trio Tetris quickly became the main priority of all of its members. .

Human Tetris are a four-piece band from Moscow, Russia formed in October 2008 and went on indefinite hiatus in 2012. The guys draw inspiration from a large variety of post-punk / new wave bands, along with modern post-punk revival and indie rock artists. The name is derived from a famous Japanese TV show. The band comprises vocalist and guitarist Arvid Kriger, bassist Maxim Zaytsev, lead guitarist Maxim Keller, and drummer Sasha Kondyr.
