Versant, who formed in Sweden in 2009 featured Carah Faye-Charnow, the former member of Shiny Toy Guns on lead vocals. Together with band-mate Daniel Johansson, whom Carah met while touring for Shiny Toy Guns, they aimed to produce a healing and inspiring form of music. Bassist Nicholas Oja is a good friend of Johansson and was the obvious choice to accompany them on this musical journey. Diversant:13 was formed in 2007 in Minsk, Belarus by Diversant (voice, programming), also known as the mastermind behind such bands as Cold In May and Monoclast. The first EP “SoulReaper” (2008) caught immediate attention and support from many fans of EBM / industrial across the post soviet territory.
