GRANRODEO is a two-piece hard rock unit from Japan lead by vocalist KISHOW (谷山紀章, Taniyama Kishou) and guitarist e-ZUKA (飯塚昌明, Iizuka Masaaki) under the Lantis recording label active since 2005. Their male fans are referred to as RODEOBOY and female fans as RODEOGIRL. Rose Tattoo is an Australian blues/hard rock band, led by Angry Anderson and slide guitarist Peter Wells. Among their best known songs are "We Can't Be Beaten", "Scarred for Life" and "Bad Boy for Love" (co-written by Ian Rilen.) Their first four albums were produced by Harry Vanda and George Young who also worked with AC/DC. The artist hid her name under the anagram THE RODEO, a word evoking the South of the USA, a style of music which inspired the singer and a hommage to the pioneers of folk, blues and country music. When she was a child, she discovered a treasure in her uncle's attic. Hidden among dusty vinyls and books was a slumbering guitar dating from the mythical 1970's.
