In English (Eestikeelne biograafia allpool): Pantokraator is an Estonian band that creates unique music, blending elements from progressive rock and folk music. The album „Pantokraator I“ was released in 1990, „Jäi servi seisma...“ (Standing on the Edge) a CD compilation was released in 2000, and in 2009, the CD „Tormidesööjad“ (Storm Eaters) and the written compilation "Valge Raamat" (White Book) were released.
The precursor to Pantokraator was the boy band Propaan from Tartu’s 7th High School grade 8 class. The band included schoolmates Erik Sakkov, Riho Kukk and brothers Priit and Mait Karm. In 1983, they renamed themselves Pantokraator.
