Trudy is an ongoing experimental project in vocal improvisation, made up of Jamie Charlton, Will Lloyd and Mike Ronan. The format of Trudy at this point is very nonspecific, so that we can play around with whatever instrumentation or technical setup we like, or invite other players. Currently we are mainly vocal; but Jamie plays (often bowed) electric guitar and Mike the trumpet or euphonium. We tend to find the process very cathartic, fun, and freeing.
