Swing-Hop is a style of music combining Swing Jazz with Hip Hop. There is a lot of overlap with Jazz Rap and Electro-Swing, two other genres mixing forms of Jazz with more modern styles of music, however unlike these it often takes influence from both Hip Hop and Swing in the vocals as well, rather than just the instrumentation. It first came to prominence in the late 2000s and early 2010s with the debut of artists such as Movits! in Sweden and The Correspondents in England. .
