中野律紀 (Ritsuki Nakano), born January 19, 1975, professionally known as Rikki (リッキ), is a famous Japanese folk singer. She was born in Amami Oshima, Japan. She began to sing traditional Japanese folk music when she was four years old. Later, at the age of 15, Rikki was the youngest winner ever to win the "Grand Prix" of the Japanese traditional folk music awards (known as All Japan Minyo awards). Rikket was formed in 1999 by vocalist/bassist/keyboardist/drummer of Mordenheim (earlier Nord) named Orkbluten Oldensorg. From the beginning this project was thought as a one-man-band presented to nature and loneliness and the music style was a mix of Ambient and Black Metal with the most rule of the first element. Burzum, Vinterriket, Ulver, Tenhi, Empyrium, Silencer and early Mortiis influenced Rikket very much. Tracks that were on «Kvist Nord Bog Ild» may be characterized like Atmospheric Trance Ambient Music, where atmospheric keyboard’s melodies and arrangements with the using of drums and percussion rule. In November 2006 there suddenly was the newly formed StropStrikkers with their first album "Kermis in de Hel" (Funfair in Hell). The Hip-Hip group from Utrecht made deep impact within the Dutch Hip-Hop scene with their raw grimy style and street orientated lyrics.
