Surf rock band from Caracas, Venezuela, formed in 2001. They released their first album "Surfabilly & Roll" in 2005. During 2006 they toured Brazil and Europe. They are currently recording their new album for an early 2011 release. on.fb.me/izkhSP .

Called by the AMDB, "one of Austin’s most consistent and beloved pop bands," Javelin Boot is guitar pop trio active for two-decades after forming as high school freshman in late 1978. They released four CDs on Chicago's Pravda Records, happily wearing their influences, like the Beach Boys, the Beatles, REM and the Smiths, on their sleeves, except when they were sporting tube tops. .

There are two bands that recorded as Javelins. One is a Swedish band that later changed their name to The Faintest Ideas. A band from Detroit, MI signed to Suburban Sprawl Music. Javelins began in 2002 with 5 members. Recorded an EP in 2003. 2 members split. (Ryan Williams, Johnny Lewis) Current members wrote a record in 2004.
